Management Trainee

This position will receive training in Operations, Credit Analysis, Consumer, Real Estate, Commercial, and Agricultural Lending. During this hands-on training you will have the opportunity to interact with customers and present loans to various committees. Upon successful completion of our program this position will become a Loan Officer.

Ideal Candidates will possess the skill set listed below:

• A Bachelor’s Degree (preferred, but not required)
• Experience dealing successfully with customers
• The ability to learn and apply knowledge
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
