Branch Manager - Davenport Branch

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Supervising, scheduling, and evaluating the teller and customer service staff
  • Developing and maintaining contact with current and potential customers in the community
  • Providing outstanding customer service to current and potential customers
  • Processing transactions and opening new accounts
  • Evaluating customer needs and promoting appropriate bank products and services

Required skills & qualifications:

  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to think critically and problem solve
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong intrapersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Physical ability to regularly lift and move supplies weighing 20 lbs.
  • Minimum of 1year Branch Manager experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, not required
