Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, etc.
  • Provide desktop and software support to employees
  • Assist with the management of phone and voicemail systems
  • Coordinate with various vendors to fix issues/improve systems
  • Assist and lead various IT projects
  • Prepare training/reference materials
  • Compose and post online content to the intranet
  • Monitor network logs and bandwidth usage and report issues
  • Review and update Compliance Policies and Guidelines related to IT Security
  • Work with IT vendors to troubleshoot issues and research new solutions

Position Requirements:

  • Ability to think critically, problem solve and work independently
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Physical ability to regularly lift and move supplies weighing 20 lbs
  • Previous banking education or experience is a plus
  • Previous IT experience with the below items is a plus:

      - Active Directory
      - Basic Windows 10 Usage
      - Basic understanding of networking (VLANs,  
        Segmentation, IP settings, Routing, etc.
      - Printer Installation
      - Cyber Security Experience/Training
      - Office365 Administration
      - Hosted Telephone Administration
      - Hosted Fiserv Solutions (Premier, Integrated Teller,
        Business Process Manager, SCO)
      - Finastra Loan Solutions (LaserPro, DecisionPro,
        Mortgagebot, CreditQuest)
