Job Opening



  • Interview loan applicants, effectively explain the loan programs, and advise on the correct option
  • Follow up with applicants and secure the necessary information to underwrite the loan
  • Input loan information into specialized software
  • Order third party reports including credit reports, tax transcripts, title work and appraisals
  • Collect and verify appropriate documentation from each applicant and third party to ensure they meet secondary market requirements
  • Submit mortgage loan file to underwriting in a timely manner
  • Manage pipeline for all originated loans through closing
  • Coordinate timing of loan closing with borrower, realtor, and the title company
  • Attend loan closings to make certain all policies have been followed and proper signatures are on all loan documents

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Thorough working knowledge of real estate documentation, secondary market underwriting policies, and real estate compliance and regulations
  • Proficiency with mortgage loan processing and loan origination systems
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytic, time management and organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
