The Visa reloadable card is a reloadable, prepaid card that can be used to pay for purchases at millions of merchants worldwide that accept Visa. It can also be used for payroll or direct deposits.

What is a Visa® reloadable card?
Visa reloadable card is a prepaid card that can be reloaded anytime. Minimum load is $10; maximum load is $5,000. Pay with protection in stores, online, or over the phone.

Where can I use my Visa reloadable card?
It can be used everywhere Visa and MasterCard is accepted! You can make purchases up to the value that is on the card.
How do I activate my Visa reloadable card?
Register your reloadable card at YCNCard.com. Cardholders can also call the customer service number (855) 887-1835 to activate their card. At the time of the call, you can choose your PIN number for the card. For activating a reloadable card, the card holder will need to have the card number and the CVV number.
How do I reload my card?
Reloads are available for $2 at any Blackhawk Bank & Trust location. You can also reload your card at online at YCNCard.com.
Can I check the balance on my Visa reloadable card?
Yes, you may check your available balance free of charge by accessing your card account by calling (855) 887-1835 or you may also go online to YCNCard.com to view free electronic statements each month in which transactions occur.
What if my card is lost or stolen?
If you believe your card has been lost or stolen, or that someone has transferred or may transfer money from your account without your permission, call customer service at (855) 887-1835. Telephoning is the best way to minimize any possible losses. If you need a replacement card, please call customer service to request one. There will be a $10 replacement fee.
When does my card expire?
Your Visa reloadable card will expire at least nine (9) months from the date the card was purchased.
Are there any fees associated with my VISA reloadable card?
The Visa reloadable card purchase fee is $5. Monthly fee of $4.95 starts 30 days after card was purchased or 30 days of inactivity after your last transaction. The monthly fee will be waived with any monthly reload.
Prepaid card is issued by MetaBank, Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Visa USA, inc.. Use wherever Visa is accepted worldwide.
