Having Difficulty Logging into Bill Payment via Mobile? 

If you are having difficulty finding the bill payment information on your mobile device, you may need to accept the terms and conditions of the account again. Occasionally a software update on your mobile device may trigger this privacy policy update to occur. If this happens, the following steps may help. If this does not solve the problem, another option is to reinstall your app.
