The SHC and Kristin Bogdonas from the University of Illinois Extension office in Milan are teaming up again for this new workshop called: FUELING FOR THE GUT HEALTH.  Our workshops with Kristin have always been outstanding! Join us for food and drink samples and learning about what fuel we need to promote good gut health. Class is capped at 22 seats. If we fill this class, I will schedule another for a later date. Cost for this class is $15.00 per person.
