Visa gift card is a prepaid card that is loaded with a one-time, predetermined dollar amount. The minimum load is $10; maximum load is $1,000. Re-loads are not available. It makes the perfect gift for many occasions!

The gift card is active with funds loaded and available immediately upon purchase. At the time of the call, you can choose your PIN number for the card. For activating a gift card, the card holder will need to have the card number and the CVV number.

Yes, you may check the available balance free of charge by accessing your Card Account by calling (855) 887-1836 or you may also go online to YCNCard.com to view free electronic statements each month in which transactions occur.

If you believe your card has been lost or stolen, or that someone has transferred or may transfer money from your account without your permission, call customer service at (855) 887-1836. Telephoning is the best way to minimize any possible losses. If you need a replacement card, please call customer service to request one. There will be a $8 replacement fee.

Your Visa gift card will expire no sooner than five (5) years from the date of purchase.

The Visa Gift card purchase fee is $3. Monthly inactivity fee of $4.95 beginning the 13th consecutive month after there has been no activity on your card. Prepaid card is issued by MetaBank, Member FDIC, pursuant to license from Visa USA inc.
