Forest of Lights, Sunday w/ Santa at the Forest of Lights, Farmhouse dining, holiday market shopping: award winning cheeses, meats, chocolates and unique gifts all intime for Christmas. Stay 2 nights at the unique Fairfield Inn that looks like a big red barn, tour the Dairy & Pig Farms, Ag-themed museums. These are working farms where we will be behind the scenes and explore the vital role of logistics in farm operations. Stopping at the Historic Pullman District in Chicago on our way back home!
