ESCROW SPECIALIST

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Payout insurance bills and property taxes for loans with escrow
• Work with tax servicing agency and insurance agents for accuracy and escrow payouts
• Review escrow analysis for accuracy
• Review escrow addenda’s on Premier / Navigator for accuracy
• Issue escrow surplus checks
• Answer customer questions about escrow analysis
• Backup to Secondary Market Servicing: Ensure paperwork is done at the required standards and send the loan paperwork to Fannie Mae / Federal Home Loan Bank.
• Work with customers if they questions about their secondary market loan
• Assist with daily/monthly/quarterly reports
• Balance reports of loan balances, past due loans and paid loans
• Check and correct the non-posted items and posting journals
• Check back loans that have been entered for accuracy
