Hours range from 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM, Monday - Friday

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process traditional in-branch transactions including check cashing, cash withdrawals, cash and check deposits, loan payments, credit card payments, and account transfers through the ITM
• Answer questions regarding checking, savings, and other bank related services
• Maintain customer confidentiality
• Depending upon the volume of transactions, this position may assist with other projects as necessary

Position Requirements: 

• Banking and customer service experience is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Strong computer skills
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable, motivated, and organized
