Presenter: Kristin Bogdonas, MPH Nutrition & Wellness Educator w/ the University of Illinois Extension Office will take us through a blend of the Mediterranean & DASH diets that supports heathy eating for our brains. This class will empower you to nourish your mind and body. Cost for this class is $10, includes class, resources to take home and Mind Diet recipe sampling for a lite lunch.
