Ann Neumann, j.d.

VICE PRESIDENT, SENIOR TRUST OFFICER

Ann joined Blackhawk Bank & Trust in January 2024 and currently serves as Vice President and Senior Trust Officer. With a career in trust and financial services that began in 1997, she assists individuals and families with estate and trust planning to ensure their wishes are carried out with care and precision. Ann earned her associate degree from Black Hawk College, her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and her Juris Doctor from Valparaiso University School of Law. She serves on the board of The Arc of the Quad Cities, volunteers with Junior Achievement, Is a Geneseo PTA Lifetime Achievement Member, and is active in Moline Rotary and the Geneseo Performing Arts Council. Ann lives in rural Geneseo and enjoys spending time with her four children, quilting, sewing, gardening, baking, and cheering on her kids’ activities.

Christian Stuart, ctfa

TRUST OFFICER I

Christian joined Blackhawk Bank & Trust in February 2021 and now serves as a Trust Officer. He specializes in trust and estate administration and provides investment management services for trusts, individuals, and charitable organizations. He has nearly five years of experience in trust and financial services. A graduate of Illinois State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Christian holds the Certified Trust & Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) designation through the American Bankers Association. He serves on the board of Rock Island Kiwanis. Christian lives in Galesburg, Illinois, and enjoys exercising, spending time with friends and family, and traveling with his wife.

Kirsten Dillender, ctfa

TRUST OFFICER I

Kirsten joined Blackhawk Bank & Trust in 2022 as a Trust Assistant and now serves as a Trust Officer. She administers trusts and estates, overseeing investments, property management, tax filings, and beneficiary distributions. Kirsten earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in English and Professional Writing from Western Illinois University and holds the Certified Trust & Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) designation. She currently serves on the boards of the Midwest Writing Center and the Quad Cities Animal Welfare Center and is passionate about supporting animal welfare and environmental causes. She lives in Rock Island with her husband, Josh, and their two rescue dogs.
